Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Revibe account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Factory reset your device to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging including all cables and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
